Types of data processed

Browsing data collected automatically (IP addresses, logs, device and browser parameters); data voluntarily provided by the user through the site forms (e.g. first name, surname, email, phone, message) or by subscribing to our communications.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed in order to: respond to the user’s requests and provide the services requested (performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures); send commercial and promotional communications subject to consent; carry out statistical analysis in anonymous form; comply with legal obligations.

The legal bases are, depending on the purpose, the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the Controller and compliance with legal obligations.

Methods and retention

Processing is carried out using IT and electronic tools, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and in compliance with statutory terms.

Disclosure of data

Data is not disseminated and may be disclosed to third parties (service providers, consultants, partners) appointed as Data Processors, solely for the purposes indicated above.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to privacy@abitareinspa.com, and may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
